Air treatment Heat pump Adiabatic hybrid solution

The X-RCAM+ R290 ADIA (Recovery Clean Air Management)) is designed to supply hygienic fresh air at a neutral temperature, as required by regulations for public buildings: hotels, collective housing, hospitals and nursing homes, as well as office buildings.

X-RCAM+ R290 ADIA is a dual-flow heat pump with double energy recovery from the exhaust air, using propane as the refrigerant.This natural, non-fluorinated refrigerant with an almost zero GWP (0.02) makes it a forward-looking technology in the thermodynamic dual-flow dehumidification segment, completely insulated from the impending regulatory changes.

The adiabatic module operates indirectly. It is installed upstream of the plate heat exchanger in the return air stream and helps to lower the return air temperature, thus enhancing the efficiency of the heat exchanger. The system significantly reduces the operating hours of the thermodynamic circuit during the summer months.

Regulation is based on the supply air temperature.

Thanks to the various innovations and materials used, the X-RCAM+ R290 ADIA combines performance, reliability, air quality and respect for the environment.

The EU Regulation 2024/573 (also known as F-Gas III) mandates a gradual phase-out of fluorinated greenhouse gases, culminating in a complete ban by 2050..
As a result, the installation of new rooftops using refrigerants with a GWP greater than 150 will be prohibited:
* 2027for power ratings ≤ 50 kW
* 2030 for power ratings > 50 kW

In anticipation of these regulatory changes, ETT has adapted its X-RCAM+ R290 range to use a refrigerant with an extremely low GWP.

Description

This double flow rooftop heat pump is delivered ready to operate. A separate technical compartment facilitates unit control and maintenance and allows measurement and adjustment during operation.

Thanks to its full aluminium structure (frame & casing) that ensures an excellent corrosion protection, this air conditioning system with energy recovery is covered by a 20-year guarantee against corrosion(frame and casing).

Energy recovery from exhaust air in winter and summer is carried out via a heat exchanger (PHE). The setpoint temperature can be maintained thanks to this recovery and, to the heat pump reversible cycle if required.

This rooftop comes with a 1-year basic warrantyand all ETT services:les services ETT Commissioning, Audits, Service contracts etc.
