Air treatment for optimum preservation of rooms
Whether for Large and Medium-Sized Retail Stores, Supermarkets, Hypermarkets etc., Large Specialized Stores, Clothing, Sports, Home Appliances, furniture etc. or Large DIY Stores, the main objective of the air treatment system is to ensure the comfort of their users and staff.
This involves controlling the ambient temperature, but can also involve controlling the humidity in shops located in humid climatic zones (seaside, tropics, etc.) or limiting the condensation of water vapour in the fresh and frozen food zones of supermarkets.
For retailers planning to open a new site, build an extension or renovate an old shop, the issues surrounding air conditioning are strategic, as they have a direct impact on footfall, energy bills and carbon footprints.
ETT's comprehensive range of rooftops offers a wide variety of solutions that can be flexibly integrated into many different contexts: air-to-air, water-to-air or air-to-water heat pumps depending on the energy available on site, energy recovery using rotary heat exchangers depending on fresh air requirements, adiabatic cooling in the context of decarbonisation, R32 or R290 refrigerants in response to changes in the F-GAS directive, etc.
ETT's solutions for meeting the airflow and economic challenges of sales areas integrate various functions:
This ETT innovation, combined with a heat pump, meets the need to reduce consumption while maintaining summer comfort.
The control system adapts the machine's operation in real time to optimise energy consumption.

The ULTI+ R32 OR range can be installed on a water loop. This system combines performance (SEER / SCOP, no defrosting, wide operating range) and accessibility (installation on standard upstand, installation in equipment room possible). Three hydraulic configurations are available.
Dehumidification in sales areas is essential for maintaining a comfortable and healthy indoor environment. By regulating humidity levels, it helps prevent the formation of condensation, which can damage products and materials, while ensuring the well-being of customers and staff.
Your project
New build
For new buildings or building extensions, ETT offers you a comprehensive choice of units in terms of flow rates, power and options (double flow, air heat recovery, dehumidification function with or without in-line condenser, recovery coil for food refrigeration, etc.). You'll also be provided with drawings of the associated connection curbs, so that you can design suitable roof headers.
Refurbishment
Replacing equipment that has already been in place for several years requires special attention, since the constraints of weight on the roof structure, space requirements and waterproofing of the roof must be taken into account. With its aluminium machines and its ability to develop customised curbs, ETT can support you in this process.

High-performance, sustainable solutions for supermarkets
For more than forty years, ETT equipment has been the preferred choice in the MSM sector, recognised for its thermal performance, durability, ease of maintenance and lower operating costs - a distinction that is accentuated at a time of rising energy prices.
As an expert in the replacement market, ETT is constantly developing new products and options, and using new fluids, to meet the needs of its customers and comply with regulations and standards.
We advise and support our customers in their new-build and refurbishment projects, helping them to define the most appropriate solution that combines the best return on investment with the lowest carbon footprint.
Regulations
As establishments open to the public and part of the tertiary sector, superstores must comply with a number of regulations:
The French Tertiary Sector Decree:
The French Tertiary Sector Decree sets progressive energy consumption reduction targets for owners and operators of existing buildings, rising to 60% by 2050.
The French BACS Decree :
The BACS (Building Automation & Control Systems) Decree calls for all commercial buildings to be equipped with supervision systems (of the BMS type) by 2027 with the aim of reducing their energy consumption to help achieve the objectives of the Tertiary Decree.
The French RE 2020:
For new buildings, the RE 2020 environmental regulation replaces the old RT 2012. The RE 2020 defines rules aimed at improving the thermal performance of buildings and reducing their carbon footprint over their entire life cycle.
