Availability and delivery methods
Wherever you are, you can order spare parts or equivalents for your ETT machines.
A specialised team is on hand to help you find the spare part you need.
For all orders received by ETT Services before 10 a.m., equipment available in stock is dispatched the same afternoon. For products not in stock, ask ETT Services for a lead time.
An order confirmation receipt informing you of the delivery date will be sent to you when the order is placed.
Our items are delivered via Géodis, Calberson or Chronopost (DHL for international deliveries). Orders can be sent express on request and at the customer's expense.
In partnership with our carriers, we offer a package tracking service that provides you with the latest information on your parcel, including its shipping status and current location.
