Warranty coverage varies by installation location:
Full coverage (Parts, Labor, and Travel) in mainland France and French select overseas departments and territories
Partial coverage (Parts only) in many foreign countries.
Our full warranty includes all necessary repair operations, excluding refrigerant and consumables, subject to a diagnostic analysis of the fault performed before intervention.
To maintain warranty coverage, equipment must be under a maintenance contract from the initial commissioning.
