Promote responsible growth

Inclusive Growth

At ETT, we're committed to creating a work environment that's free from discrimination of any kind. Whether it's based on gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, union membership, political views, disability, age, or any other characteristic, we don't tolerate it. We take a zero-tolerance approach to harassment, enforcing strict penalties in line with national laws.

Our goal is to treat every team member with respect and fairness, promoting equal opportunities across all aspects of employment. We expect our staff to respect their colleagues' rights, opinions, and cultural differences. It goes without saying that we don't engage in forced labour, and in compliance with international conventions, we strictly prohibit child labour.

We invest in our people by offering tailored training opportunities that align with their roles and career aspirations. We respect our employees' privacy and safeguard their personal data. We're also proactive in our approach to disability, encouraging the employment and integration of disabled workers and supporting those who develop disabilities during their time with us.

Ethical Behaviour

At ETT, we walk the talk when it comes to ethical behaviour. Our ethics charter outlines the principles for conducting business and carrying out work in a way that builds and maintains trust with our clients and stakeholders. Every team member commits to upholding these principles.

On one hand, ETT supports responsible business practices: compliance with legislation, respect for competition rules, anti-corruption measures, and prevention of conflicts of interest, to name a few.

As an employer, we're committed to ethical human resource management: respecting individuals, promoting fairness, combating all forms of discrimination and harassment, and ensuring safe working conditions.

Proud of Our Local Roots!

With our historical roots in Brittany, ETT plays an active role in the Pays Bas-Léon economy by supporting local sports and cultural associations and events.

Engaging with Young People

We've partnered with the Finistère branch of the Youth and Business Association (AJE). Our employees regularly visit Edouard QUEAU College in Ploudalmézeau to introduce students to industrial careers and answer their questions. Students also have the opportunity to tour our production plant.

ETT maintains strong partnerships with University Institutes of Technology (IUT) departments of Mechanical Engineering and Production (GMP) and Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computing (GEII) through our robust work-study program.

Supporting Local Community Organizations

We're proud to sponsor numerous local events in our area:

  • Partner of the Sea Festival (FDLM) in July at Landunvez
  • Blood donation drives in Ploudalmézeau
  • Support for the SNSM (French Sea Rescue Service) during Sea Day
  • And more...

Corporate Philanthropy

In 2024, ETT donated UV treatment equipment to Action Against Hunger to support their expertise in providing access to clean water.

Our contribution actively supports research on detecting and treating water-borne bacteria. Access to clean water is crucial in the fight against hunger; malnutrition in one out of two children is linked to waterborne diseases, unsanitary environments, and limited access to safe drinking water. As of 2020, nearly 2 billion people lacked access to safe drinking water.
